Day One: The Foundation

We spend two hours learning the logic behind a good drink. This session is dedicated to understanding how to balance high-quality spirits with acids and sweeteners. With our guidance, you will begin to experiment with different ingredients and flavor profiles to build a drink that fits your own palate.

Day Two: The Final Pour 

We return the following day for a one-hour session to refine your creation. This is a focused follow-up where we fine-tune the ratios and master the presentation of the drink. It is a chance to ask specific questions about technique and ensure the recipe is exactly where it needs to be.

Your Signature Recipe 

By the end of the second day, you will have a proprietary recipe and the skills to recreate it and to continue creating your own masterpieces. We provide you with the written card and a mixer to take home, allowing you to serve the drinks you made at the Tenuta in your own living room.
