A proper four day reset. There are no rigid itineraries here. This is just a long weekend to catch up with the people you actually want to spend time with. We provide the setting including the tables at the Osteria, the poolside, and the trails through the hills. We handle the technical details so you can just exist. It is about four days of good food and zero pressure.

The Falcon's Flight
Falconry is a deep part of the history in this valley. We bring expert falconers to the estate for a private afternoon so you can see these birds up close and watch them fly across the grounds. It is a rare chance to handle them yourself.
