Una filosofia biologico-naturale

Agricoltura biologica

Dal campo all'ospite

The grain grown on the property is harvested and served directly in the Tenuta restaurant. This ensures the quality and traceability of the ingredients used in our kitchen. Similarly, our lavender is used to create the oils and essences for our body-care products and wellness treatments. Every element is designed to provide a direct connection between the fields and the guest experience.

Energia solare e indipendenza

La nostra fonte infinita di energia

The solar panels located on the approach to the agriturismo are a functional part of our infrastructure. We use photovoltaic technology to meet a significant portion of our energy needs. This transition to renewable energy is a deliberate choice to reduce the agriturismo’s footprint while maintaining full efficiency and comfort for our guests.

Infrastruttura sostenibile

Tenuta d’Arbia has two lakes that function as primary reservoirs for the estate. These lakes collect rainwater and runoff to ensure the property remains self-sufficient during the dry summer months. While they are a central part of the landscape, their deeper purpose is regenerative: supporting the Tenuta’s agricultural needs and maintaining the grounds without taxing external water sources.

Un ciclo di cura

We manage water as a circular resource. The collected rainwater is used through an irrigation system to sustain our grain fields, lavender and gardens. This approach minimizes waste and protects the health of the soil. By utilizing natural runoff, we preserve the local water table and ensure the agriturismo operates with long-term environmental responsibility.
